It’s that time of year again—when the breeze softens, the light lingers longer, and the urge to declutter (both inside and out) kicks in. At Myra & Company, we’re settling into spring with a fresh sense of calm after the whirlwind of winter. We’re catching our breath, resetting our space, and re-grounding ourselves. And it feels good.

Spring is nature’s gentle reminder that growth doesn’t have to be loud. It can be soft. Steady. Subtle. It can start with a single deep breath, a clean meal, a kind thought. It can look like finally booking that facial, trying a new class, or swapping mindless scrolling for a walk outside.
We love routines—they help us feel safe and in control. But we also know that life is full of plot twists. The real magic comes in learning how to move through change with grace. Grounding practices—like bodywork, self-care rituals, journaling, or even just drinking more water—can help us stay balanced when life feels off-kilter.

Eating clean doesn’t have to be complicated. Keep it simple and colorful. Your skin, mood, and energy will thank you. And if you're in the mood for a pick-me-up, our new neighbors at Ikonic Coffee serve fresh teas, coffee (with oat milk, too!), and tasty treats to keep you fueled the mindful way.

Whether it’s a scalp massage, pedicure, or a quick mini facial between Zoom calls—give yourself a moment. Our space is always here when you need to reset.
? Moving the body mindfully.
Movement is medicine. Even 10 minutes of mindful stretching or dancing in your kitchen can shift your whole vibe. And if you’re craving a more guided practice, don’t forget—our original Pilates studio still exists under Laure’s wonderful ownership! Integrative Movement Pilates Studio is right on the original block, continuing to offer mindful movement that supports strength, balance, and wellness.
